nfla has throughout the years reached thousands of individuals and small medium and micro enterprises (smmes) through road shows, highly engaging dialogues to empower their decision making abilities when it comes to finances. nfla has been recognized by the gauteng premiers office and was awarded the premier makhuras youth excellence award on economic development.
in the same breath we have built a network of thousands of smmes who continuously benefit from our efforts in providing support to the development of their businesses and cooperativs. this also includes the development of highly efficient programmes like our procurement and investment readiness program (pirp).
beyond smme support and financial literacy programmes for individuals, nfla partners with various organisations to achieve common goals. our continuing partnership as implementing partner to yes via the nfla npc is a great example of such goal orientated partnerships as it has enabled us to place hundreds of young south africans in internships across the country.
similar partnerships also extend to research institutions to help us find the crux of challenges our stakeholders encounter, with the ultimate aim of finding more efficient solutions.
